Inside the room Xane fell onto his bed. The covers were silky and smooth against his skin though for some reason he found he was still unable to sleep.
Sitting up in his boxer shorts he glared at the clock. It was too late to be up. He hadn’t slept nearly as much as he should have. AND on top of it all, he was starving. Xane’s stomach growled audibly. “God damn,” he swore to himself as he rose from his bed and walked over to his dresser. Why was he still being punished?
